Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags intact.
• Customized, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

• Email us at info@19fashions.in with your order ID and reason for return.
• Approved returns will receive a shipping address and instructions.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated once the item is received and inspected.
• Amount will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Damaged or Wrong Products

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong product).
